Das Klimaschutzministerium (BMK) setzt eine Kommission zur Prüfung des Gasliefervertrages zwischen Gazprom und der OMV ein. Im Zuge der Untersuchung werden einzelne Mitglieder der Kommission innerhalb der gesetzlichen Grundlage gemäß Art. 14 (7) der Verordnung (EU) 2017/1938 (SOS-Verordnung) auch in die Lieferverträge zwischen OMV und Gazprom Einsicht nehmen können.
