    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using any service, product, or content provided by FACE For A Conscious Experience e.U. (“FACE”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of our website, online shop, webinars, publications, and membership offerings.

    2. Webinars and Publications

    FACE provides webinars, publications, analyses, and other educational content on geopolitics and security policy. While we strive for accuracy and thoroughness, all content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. FACE does not warrant the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any information presented. Content reflects the views and analysis of the author at the time of publication and should not be relied upon as professional advisory or investment advice.

    3. Ordering and Payment

    All purchases made through the FACE platform — including digital products, webinar access, and membership subscriptions — are subject to the following conditions:

    • We accept payment by major credit cards and electronic payment methods as offered at checkout.
    • All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. The full price shown at checkout, including any applicable VAT or other taxes, is the amount you will be charged.
    • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase.
    • FACE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

    4. Access to Webinars

    Access to purchased webinars and digital content is granted for a specified, time-limited period as described at the time of purchase. Upon expiry of the access period, your right to access the content ceases automatically. FACE reserves the right to terminate access to webinar content at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of content, unauthorized sharing, or other conduct inconsistent with these terms. No refund will be issued in cases of termination due to breach.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content published or made available through FACE — including but not limited to text, analyses, reports, webinar recordings, slides, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of FACE For A Conscious Experience e.U. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any FACE content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FACE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of our services, content, or platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not FACE was advised of the possibility of such damages.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    FACE provides all services, content, and platforms on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. We do not warrant that our platform will be free from viruses, errors, or other harmful components.

    8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FACE For A Conscious Experience e.U., its proprietor, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of FACE services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vienna, Austria.

    10. Changes to Terms

    FACE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
