3. Legal Bases for Processing

4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

This data is processed on the legal basis of contract performance or our legitimate interests in handling communications. We retain communications data for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to ensure the proper functioning of the site, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies — essential for the website to function (e.g., session management, shopping cart). These cannot be disabled.
- Functional cookies — remember your settings and preferences.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it (see Section 9 below).
You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, some features of our website may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
7. Customer Data Processing
When you place an order or purchase a membership, we collect your name, billing address, email address, and payment information. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our payment service provider, Stripe, and is not stored on our servers. We retain order data for the duration required by Austrian tax law (currently seven years).
8. Registration Data
If you create an account on our platform, we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored in hashed form). This data is used to manage your account and provide access to purchased content and membership benefits. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
9. Web Hosting
Our website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit our website, your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and access times are automatically logged by the hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes. These server logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify individual users.
10. Web Analytics / Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to analyze website traffic and user behavior. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized data about your use of the website. The information generated is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We have enabled IP anonymization, meaning your IP address is truncated before transmission.
You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
