95th IREPAS Meeting and SteelOrbis Fall 2026 Conference

Last week in Belgrade I delivered the keynote "Navigating the New Global Order: Strategic Foresight for Steel Markets" at the 95th IREPAS Meeting and SteelOrbis Fall 2026 Conference. My message to the room: steel is no longer traded on price, quality and delivery alone. Geopolitical alignment, security and origin now decide too. The bottom line: in a market without a transparent forward curve, reading power shifts early is price discovery.
